At MyAiToolset LLC (“MyAiToolset,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our websites, chatbots, and managed AI services (“Services”).
Information We Collect
- Client-provided content: Business FAQs, service descriptions, and other non-confidential materials submitted to configure chatbots.
- Chat interactions: Messages sent by end users through deployed chat widgets are processed in real time via third-party APIs such as OpenAI.
- Contact information: Email addresses or form submissions provided voluntarily for setup, onboarding, or support purposes.
- Technical data: Limited aggregate information such as browser type, device information, and performance metrics used to maintain reliability.
How We Use Information
- To configure, maintain, and operate each client’s chatbot deployment.
- To communicate with clients about setup, updates, and support.
- To ensure uptime, troubleshoot issues, and monitor service reliability.
- To comply with applicable laws and protect system integrity.
Data Retention
MyAiToolset does not collect, store, or retain chatbot conversations or end-user messages.
All chat interactions are processed in real time through integrated third-party model providers such as OpenAI. These providers may temporarily hold data under their own retention and security policies.
MyAiToolset does not maintain any internal database of chat logs, leads, or user content. Any client materials (for example, FAQ text or business descriptions) are used only to configure the chatbot and are deleted upon cancellation of service.
Third-Party Services
We integrate with select service providers necessary to operate MyAiToolset, including:
- OpenAI – AI model processing
- SendGrid – Email notifications
- Formspree – Lead form handling
- Render – Hosting and infrastructure
Each provider follows its own privacy and data security policies. By using our Services, you also agree to the terms and policies of these third-party providers.
Data Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect any information we manage. Although no system can guarantee absolute security, we continually monitor and update our integrations to help prevent unauthorized access or misuse.
Your Rights
You may request correction or deletion of business information provided to us by contacting support@myaitoolset.com. If you are an end-user of a chatbot hosted for one of our clients, please contact that business directly for privacy inquiries related to their site or chatbot.
Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in technology, services, or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent version. Continued use of our Services after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Policy.
